Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1½ cups beef broth
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Transfer beef to a slow cooker. Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, beef broth, and drained corn. Stir everything to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cubed cream cheese and uncooked bowtie pasta. Stir occasionally until the pasta is tender and the sauce is creamy.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, mix well until melted, and serve hot.
Notes
- Want more heat? Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or chopped jalapeños.
- Swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
- If sauce gets too thick, add a splash of milk or extra broth to loosen it.
- Don’t pre-cook the pasta it soaks up all the flavor right in the slow cooker!
