  • 1 box graham crackers
  • Chocolate Ganache Topping:
  • 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • (or use 1 can of chocolate frosting softened in the microwave for 20 seconds)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thick (about 1–2 minutes). Fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
  2. In a 9×13-inch dish, place a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers. Spread the remaining pudding mixture on top. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
  3. Heat heavy cream until steaming (not boiling). Pour over chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Let cool slightly before pouring over the top layer of graham crackers. OR Microwave chocolate frosting for 15-20 seconds, just until pourable. Pour and spread evenly over the top.
  4. Cover the dish and refrigerate at least 6 hours (overnight is best) so the crackers soften into a cake-like texture. Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy!
