- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blanch or prep the broccoli
Blanch the broccoli for 1–2 minutes and shock in ice water for extra color and crunch or leave it raw for maximum crispiness. - Prepare the dressing
Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy. - Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, diced Honeycrisp apple, dried cranberries, nuts, and red onion. Pour the dressing over everything and toss gently to coat. - Chill and serve
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the flavors meld. Garnish with extra nuts or cranberries before serving if desired.
