- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Place the Ritz crackers in a large mixing bowl. Pour the butter mixture over them and gently toss to coat each cracker evenly. (Be careful not to break them too much.)
- Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the crackers are lightly toasted and fragrant. Keep an eye on them to prevent over-browning.
- Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp up as they cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
