Description

These Garlic Ritz Snacks are the perfect quick and easy snack, combining the crispiness of Ritz crackers with a savory garlic and Parmesan coating. Ideal for gatherings, movie nights, or simply when the craving for something savory strikes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  3. Place the Ritz crackers in a large mixing bowl. Pour the butter mixture over them and gently toss to coat each cracker evenly. (Be careful not to break them too much.)
  4. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  5. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the crackers are lightly toasted and fragrant. Keep an eye on them to prevent over-browning.
  6. Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp up as they cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
