Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer gently for a couple of minutes.
- Add the grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
