- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced (or grated if preferred)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Optional: parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Heat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic: Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Mix cheeses: Combine the cooked beef with Parmesan and cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.
- Prepare biscuit dough: Separate dough into biscuits and flatten each into a 4–5 inch circle.
- Assemble: Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each circle. Fold edges over and pinch to seal completely. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with butter: Brush each bomb with melted butter, and optionally sprinkle with Parmesan or parsley.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool & serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
