- 1 lb crab meat (lump or claw)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk (or half-and-half for richer sauce)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Optional: ¼ tsp Old Bay or seafood seasoning
- 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 12 lasagna noodles (regular or oven-ready)
Instructions
- Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions (skip if using oven-ready). Drain and lay flat on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook 3–4 minutes until shrimp are pink. Stir in crab meat and parsley; remove from heat.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour to form a smooth roux; cook 1–2 minutes. Slowly whisk in the milk. Cook, whisking, until thickened (about 4–6 minutes). Add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and seasoning if using. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, egg, and parsley. Mix until smooth.
- In a 9×13 baking dish: Spread ½ cup white sauce on the bottom. Add a layer of noodles. Spread ⅓ of the ricotta mixture. Add ⅓ of the shrimp & crab mixture. Drizzle white sauce over the seafood. Repeat layers (noodles → ricotta → seafood → sauce) three times. Finish with noodles topped with remaining white sauce and a bit of mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until lightly golden and bubbling. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
- Sprinkle extra parsley, add a squeeze of lemon, and serve with garlic bread or a simple salad.
