  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup ranch dressing

Pasta & Cheese

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente

  • 7 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Creamy Sauce

  • 1½ cups whole milk

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Fresh Finish (optional)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped — for garnish


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven: Heat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Make the sauce:

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.

Slowly add milk, whisking constantly, until thickened.

Blend in cream cheese until smooth, then stir in ranch dressing and garlic powder.

3️⃣ Layer the lasagna:

Spread a thin layer of sauce in the baking dish.

Add 3 lasagna noodles, then one-third each of chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and sauce.

4️⃣ Repeat layers two more times: noodles → chicken → cheeses → sauce.

5️⃣ Bake:

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until golden and bubbling.

6️⃣ Rest & serve: Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley if desired.
