Ingredients

- 1 cinnamon stick or ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp honey (raw if possible)
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 slice fresh ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil and add cinnamon and ginger.
- Simmer 3–5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey and lemon.
- Strain if needed and drink warm.
