- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine Bisquick, milk, and egg in a bowl and mix with a fork until a soft dough forms.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nuts, and 2 tablespoons melted butter; set aside.
- Generously flour your surface and hands, then pat dough into a rectangle.
- Roll dough gently to about 1/2-inch thickness.
- Pour 3/4 cup melted butter over dough and brush to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the sugar–nut mixture evenly over the buttered surface.
- Roll dough tightly from the long side and slice into 1/2–1-inch rolls.
- Transfer rolls to a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until tops are golden.
- Let cool 5 minutes, then whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla into a glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
